It was a very lovely evening. The food was delicious. For the future, I would probably have this service with a group of people, rather than just for 2. Very Good. 10/10

We had Chef Blue Harland, prepare a 7 course meal for my wifes 40th birthday.Friends with distinguished palates were invited and did he produce!!!
On time, efficient, hassle free and very competent. Also able to adjust his menu as the situation desired.
I was very impressed and thank Chef Blue and Chef Alliance for providing such a professional and high quality hassle free service.
Chef Blue even drove to my home in Northern Saskatchewan with his own vehicle....wow!

Just a quick note of thanks.
Chef Smith created the perfect meal!  I have already started telling family and friends what a great experience it was.
It was a pleasure having Courtney in our kitchen.  He was very professional, friendly, and spent time answering all our questions.  His tips will come in handy as I try to recreated his master piece.

Again, thank you very much

Steve Jarvie
