I just wanted to let you know that Chef Dahlia came to our place as planned on Saturday evening and cooked us an absolutely fabulous meal from start to finish. Each course was cooked to perfection, and immensely flavourful. She was very professional and friendly throughout the evening. We would certainly recommend her very highly!
The highlight of the Chef Experience was... The variety of flavours, not only from course to course but within each course as well. Everything was prepared to perfection. The peppercorn duck (main course) was out of this world. We were also very happy with the serving sizes - they were perfect. We very all very satisfied after the meal. Thank you!

The overall experience was very good, the cooking lessons on was probably the greatest value. We did learn a bit about cultural foods and how to add some variation to our regular home cooking. Overall - 9/10.
