Hi Customer Relations, The Chef Alliance: I have just said good-night to 3 very happy guests, they enjoyed an excellent meal prepared by Chef Courtney. Even though, Chef Courtney was busy preparing our meal, he took time out to answer all the ladies questions as to preparation and ingredients. We were very impressed when our beef was served to our exact specification as all four of us chose different timing. The meal was perfect, the presentation was artistic and we all ageed that we would go for another culinary adventure but only with Chef Courtney as he made the experience a huge success. My daughter, who gave me the gift certificate for Xmas, called to see how the evening went and I was very pleased to tell her it was the best present ever. Thank you, and I hope you have a good day.
The food was excellent, the chef charming and very informative, engaging, but discreet. We had a wonderful dinner and the experience as great. Would definitely suggest this to friends and family.

Canadian Personal Chef Alliance and Personal Chef UK to work together to drive the industry
With the Personal Chef industry still in its infancy in Canada, and starting to emerge in England, Terry Henderson of the 'Alliance' and 'Fay Olinsky' of Personal Chef UK, both had something in common. The drive to 'get the word out' about Personal Chefs in their respective countries.
'The Alliance is entering its third year in Canada, and has seen some real leaps in the number of Personal Chefs, and people using them' says Henderson, 'we are always looking for ways to drive the industry and by forming strategic partnerships like this, we hope to increase awareness and excitement about 'who we are, and what we do!'
