Justin did very well to accommodate my fiance's lactose allergy. Everything was amazingly delicious, and so artistically presented. It was definitely a high class experience and one I would recommend to friends and family. Since we were celebrating Valentines Day, he even brought a bouquet of flowers for my fiance which was very thoughtful. This has been an experience my fiance and I will never forget.

SHE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO SUBSTITUTE VERY LAST MINUTE FOR [our chef] WHO HAD BEEN IN A CAR ACCIDENT & COULDN'T MAKE IT ON THE DATE PLANNED (MY GUESTS CAME FROM OUT OF TOWN & COULD NOT REFUND THEIR TICKETS SO I DID NOT WANT TO CHANGE THE DATE.) BONUS: SHE MANAGED TO MAKE HIS MENU SUGGESTIONS AS I HAD ALREADY TOLD MY GUESTS THE MENU. THANKS, I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND YOU!
