Tonight, Chef Bojan created a delicious meal for us, all from ingredients I had in our kitchen.
We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the food, the cooking lessons and Chef Bojan's friendly nature.

The communicaiton between the chef and I was timely and thorough.
Fawzi was very engaging and personable. I was wondering whether we would enjoy having a stranger in our midst cooking and interacting with us but we pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed his presence. His professionalism was very evident and was evident as he executed his various duties throughout the evening.
We thoroughly enjoyed the courses he prepared for us and would highly recommend him.
Overall, our experience was very positive. We would definitely have Chef Fawzi come again.

I wrote to Nicolas and meant to write to as well ..sorry for delay, hectic week..Nicolas was amazing my parents had such a good time they couldn't stop smiling when they told me about it, they said the food was incredible as well!!
