We liked the in-home experience very much, Although it is quite expensive, it was nice for a treat.  I thought that the beef was of a cheap cut and it was very tough.  Other than that, it was a very nice meal, and our Chef was very courteous and also gave me some wonderful tips on food preparation. His suggestion on the wine was spot on and it made the meal even more enjoyable. Cheers to Stephan.

I just wanted to let you know that Chef Dahlia came to our place as planned on Saturday evening and cooked us an absolutely fabulous meal from start to finish.  Each course was cooked to perfection, and immensely flavourful.   She was very professional and friendly throughout the evening.  We would certainly recommend her very highly!

The highlight of the Chef Experience was... The variety of flavours, not only from course to course but within each course as well. Everything was prepared to perfection. The peppercorn duck (main course) was out of this world. We were also very happy with the serving sizes - they were perfect. We very all very satisfied after the meal. Thank you!

Initially had a bit of of concern as I did not hear back from the chef in the suggested time. Once I found out that she had been sick put my mind at ease. She contacted me and sent over a sample menu. Menu suggestions all looked great. Alaini arrived on time as was very professional. The food was excellent.  We liked that she described each course as it was served. My guests were also very impressed. I also loved the fact that my kitchen was spotless when she finished.
