It was a great experience. Chef Ally made the whole night enjoyable with an explanation of all courses and ingredients served. He also recommended wine pairings that complimented all dishes. Please pass along an extra thanks to Chef Alley and we hope to call on him in the near future.

I just wanted to thank you again for an absolutely amazing job on Sat night. Everyone had an absolute blast and the food was unbelievable. I've been eating the left-overs and can confirm that it truly is amazing food...and not that we were all just hammered ;) Pretty much everyone at the party had never thought of pairing beer with food; which, by the way, it seems you have a knack for!!! It's like a new dimension for eating out in the future.
Both Doug and I have been singing your praises at work and have been handing out business cards, etc....I hope you were looking to get a whole helluva-lot busyier!!
