For us, the whole experience from start to finish was the hightlight!!!

I just wanted to thank you again for an absolutely amazing job on Sat night. Everyone had an absolute blast and the food was unbelievable. I've been eating the left-overs and can confirm that it truly is amazing food...and not that we were all just hammered ;)  Pretty much everyone at the party had never thought of pairing beer with food; which, by the way, it seems you have a knack for!!! It's like a new dimension for eating out in the future.
Both Doug and I have been singing your praises at work and have been handing out business cards, etc....I hope you were looking to get a whole helluva-lot busyier!!

This is the first time I've entered a contest, and I was so excited that I was lucky enough to win a Chef Experience!  I've talked about nothing else to my friends and the people I work with.  Too bad I couldn't invite them all! LOL!  The evening was wonderful.  The Chef was professional, and very informative.  He answered our questions, and at the end of the night, washed all the dishes by hand (something I don't even have time to do!), and cleaned up the table. I had nothing to do when I woke up the next morning except enjoy the memories of the night before!
