We enjoyed our time with Chef Harvey, watching him prepare the wonderful food he made for us. He was very relaxed working in our kitchen and having us present asking him questions and talking with him. We were very impressed with the supplies he brought with him to prepare the meal and the pre-meal preparation he had done at his own home, including smoking salmon on his barbecue. All-in-all it was an excellent experience that I am sure we will enjoy again in the future.
The highlight was the dinner that he prepared has a very nice presentation and tasted good. We were pleased to share the dinner with our friends who provided us the giftcard.
Steve was extremely personable and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening.

I Just thought I should write to tell you what a great evening we had. Chef Courtney created a flavorful meal. Everything from the canapés, loved the spinach wraps and coat cheese pizzas. Most of us do not usually eat bread with our meal, but the dipping sauces and choice of breads were so tasty we had to do it. Butternut squash soup was yummy. The main course was the best, the chicken was so moist and sauce tasty. And the polenta and veggies prepared perfectly. Cheesecake was great and presented beautifully with fresh fruit. Courtneys friendly personality made for a perfect evening. Thank-you Sonia for arranging this dinner so quickly
