The night was delightful and the food was amazing. I am a vegetarian and the special designed meal for me was truly wonderful. The highlight was probably the dessert. I am not a huge dessert eater and the pecan pie was out of this world!
I just wanted to thank you again for an absolutely amazing job on Sat night. Everyone had an absolute blast and the food was unbelievable. I've been eating the left-overs and can confirm that it truly is amazing food...and not that we were all just hammered ;) Pretty much everyone at the party had never thought of pairing beer with food; which, by the way, it seems you have a knack for!!! It's like a new dimension for eating out in the future.
Both Doug and I have been singing your praises at work and have been handing out business cards, etc....I hope you were looking to get a whole helluva-lot busyier!!
