My niece and I just wanted to thank you so much for the delightful meal you helped us prepare (well actually it was more you than us) on Sunday.  It was so so yummy!.  I have told everyone at work what a great cooking experience we had. I would be interested in having you back again to teach us a few other recipes.   Again, many thanks for a wonderful meal.

Initially had a bit of of concern as I did not hear back from the chef in the suggested time. Once I found out that she had been sick put my mind at ease. She contacted me and sent over a sample menu. Menu suggestions all looked great. Alaini arrived on time as was very professional. The food was excellent.  We liked that she described each course as it was served. My guests were also very impressed. I also loved the fact that my kitchen was spotless when she finished.
