Lobster Bisque was excellent. Constructive feedback on Main course-rib steak was a little tough, thin and I did not taste Gorgonzola. Onion sauce was good. Dessert was very good.
The highlight of the evening was Michelle and Miranda themselves. They were personable and fun. Very professional as well. Our guests enjoyed themselves but the feedback on the main course was the same by everyone. Again, this is provided only to be constructive and certainly not critical.

The communicaiton between the chef and I was timely and thorough.
Fawzi was very engaging and personable. I was wondering whether we would enjoy having a stranger in our midst cooking and interacting with us but we pleasantly surprised and thoroughly enjoyed his presence. His professionalism was very evident and was evident as he executed his various duties throughout the evening.
We thoroughly enjoyed the courses he prepared for us and would highly recommend him.
Overall, our experience was very positive. We would definitely have Chef Fawzi come again.
