We had high expectations for this event, every one of which was easily surpassed by Michelle.
The food was predictably fantastic and Michelle was not only a great chef, but she was personable, funny, and both interesting and interested. In a perfect world she would have sat at the table with us all evening because we she was the best part of a great time.
So the highlight of our Chef Experience was definitely Michelle herself... which is saying a lot because the food was great; she brought a little wrinkle to almost everything we were served which put it all over the top in terms of selection, presentation and taste...
It was most definitely a great night from start to finish..

Additional Comments - the chef was fantastic - he offered suggestions in purchasing meat, offered tips and tricks - i could not have asked for a better expereience - my guests we delighted - best [money] I ever spent - afterall - you only turn 40 once - my husband was soo happy - i just can't say enough wonderful things - dermot is excellent...! he came so well prepared and organized - he is a star!  we got a little freaked out when the fire alarms went off when he cooked of the shrimp but I would never trade it in - he is absolutly fatastic! i am so happy I chose the personal chef alliance versus a local caterer - i don't think we would have received the same experience- i will defentily use your service again and hopefully we get chef walsh again too

We were so impressed by Steve.  He was personable and friendly.  We were very nervous about having someone come into our home like this but having Steve here was more like having a friend visit with us.  The food was excellent on it's own but it was Steve's personality and hospitality that made the evening.  He kept us entertained by telling us about each dish, explaining how it was prepared and making comments about anything unusual that he did with the dish.

We would all recommend this experience to others and are seriously considering doing it again. It was easily about and beyond what we were expecting. Thank you and Steve for a wonderful experience.
