"The Food! The food was amazing. Holly showed us some techniques as well that will come in quite handy. It was unfortunate that we had such a hard time coordinating everything with the chef alliance but the evening made up for any prior issues we had. Still thinking about the sauces we made for the home made pasta. The stuffed lamb we did was also fantastic."
