2-3 Course casual dining dinner entree for 20-30 people. Includes chef and any sous chefs & waitstaff required
Hall has been booked, and includes dinnerware and cutlery etc.
Chef to consult with client regarding food preferences and allergies (if applicable) and design menu
Chef will purchase all ingredients and attend at client's home with own utensils to prepare dinner
Chef will serve dinner to guests and clean up dishes and kitchen prior to leaving
Gratuities of up to 15% added based on client feedback.
