| Client would like to hire a chef to prepare meat/ fish (would like whole fish to be grilled)/ chicken/ vegetarian options on grills at her outdoor wedding. The couples' families will be providing all of the side dishes, salads etc.
Grills/ barbeques will have to be provided by the Chef. Client anticipates dinner being served at 6pm, and lasting a couple of hours. Several stations will probably be required.
