PROFILE:

Chef James Green has been in the hospitality industry for more than 10 years and holds a combined knowledge of both culinary arts and hospitality management. In the past he has worked in guest services at various luxury hotels in the Whistler ski resort as well as a chef in both the Vancouver and Sunshine Coast areas in beautiful British Columbia.

After graduating from the culinary arts program at The International Culinary School at The Art Institute of Vancouver (formerly the Dubrulle Culinary Institute) and cooking in such prestigious Vancouver restaurants as Joe Fortes Seafood & Chophouse and others he eventually followed his culinary dream of providing personal chef and catering services and as such founded All Around Personal Chef Services earlier this year. Through his company he primarily provides affordable traditional personal chef services as well as in-home catered dinner parties. His culinary style has always been focusing on incorporating local, seasonal and fresh ingredients into New American, European and Asian fusion dishes, catering to the diverse population of the Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas of British Columbia.

As new parents, we don't get the opportunity to get together with friends and family all at once, sit down, relax and enjoy a lovely meal. Our experience with the Chef Alliance was more than we expected as our 5 course dinner for 10 people satisfied all of our tastes and allowed time for us to sit back, visit with our guests and enjoy. From start to finish, the chefs were friendly and simply fantastic! The food was very fresh and definitely equivalent to a fancy dinner in a restaurant, yet all in the comfort of my own home.
