I love to cook but my results are sometimes unpredictable. I was able to watch, ask question a and learn techniques that I will continue to use (I actually made Bojan's chicken dish the next morning to test myself and it turned out great).
The highlight was learning from a professional who was happy to teach.

The 'evening in' dining experience was wonderful. It was very nice to have a great meal prepared for myself and guests while still enjoying the comforts of my own home. There really wasn't any negative aspect to the evening. The food was good, as was the presentation, and there was no mess or clean up associated- who could ask for more! I would recommend this to anyone looking to have a new and unique way to experience a fine dinning meal.
